Felipe Castellanos of Red Hook graduated from University of Maryland Global Campus in Adelphi, Md., with a master of science degree in biotechnology.

Cynthia Glynn-Dindial of New Paltz graduated from University of Maryland Global Campus, with a bachelor of arts degree in history.

Two area residents — Rachelle Meade of Saugerties and Samantha Cerniglia of Highland — graduated from The University of Tampa in Florida, with undergraduate degrees.

Meade received a bachelor of science degree in psychology. Cerniglia received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology.

Rylee Montelione of Highland was named to the president’s list at Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y., for the fall semester.

Students earn dean’s list status by achieving a 4.0 grade point average.

Four area residents — Lucca Lofaro of Woodstock, Amelia Sherman of Pine Bush, Andreas Gukeisen of Rhinebeck and Sophia Musialkiewicz of Glenford — were named to the dean’s list at Hofstra University for the fall semester.

Students earn dean’s list status by achieving a grade point average from 3.5 to 3.99.

Eight area residents — Rachel Cook of Hurley, Lily Bogdanowicz of Highland, Sarah Case of Gardiner, Bella Clark of Milton, Natalie Matikiewicz and Tori Meinsen, both of Wallkill; Rachel Kaplan of Rhinebeck and Meranda Hummel of Staatsburg — were named to the dean’s list at the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, R.I., for the fall semester.

Students earn dean’s list status by achieving a quality point average of 3.3 or higher.

Two area residents — Adam Koplik of New Paltz and Reid Curran of Rhinebeck — were named to the dean’s list at Hamilton College in the Oneida County village of Clinton, N.Y., for the fall semester.

Students earn dean’s list status by achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.

Koplik is a first-year student and a New Paltz High School graduate. Curran is a first-year student and a graduate of the Berkshire School in Sheffield, Mass.
